This was the b side of walkin after midnight--which she hated. She greatly preferred this long forgotten song so she did not have a good feel for which songs would be hits. She also hated crazy--and was very disrespectful to Willy Nelson refusing to even meet him and he had to sit out in the car while they discussed recording his song. This song poor mans roses was on the b side of walkin after midnight since she demanded it. Its a good song and well sung but simply not the effect of walkin after midnight or "crazy".. or "fall to pieces"
