    • Blackness consumes body comforts core of nothing. City has no need of light for God is its light, cast into outer darkness OUTER, outside the city God is lighting. Not physical pool of liquid fire

    • I read through the comments and find it extremely interesting to see how many people don’t know what they are worshipping. I used to be a huge Mudvayne fan. Now that I am older I am more educated in Occultism and Kabbalah and The Talmud and all the other branches and teachings of Babylon and find it hilarious that the massive amount of people who speak of “awakening” are so very much asleep. Christ is King. Read your Bibles. These esoteric enlightenment doctrines are pure evil wrapped up in a feel good nice guy package. You are so much more than a puppet. I still listen to their music but now I know how wrong they are. Jesus said the ONLY way to God was through him. Praise Jesus Christ the Son of God. I urge everyone who reads this to stop falling for this worlds goofy teachings and seek out the pure truth of the Bible. Study the word in Greek and Hebrew. Study Babylon and every other culture since then till now. There are only two kingdoms in all of creation. Spiritual Israel and Spiritual Babylon. Wake up.

    • This song is about Hindu Goddess of death, Kali. And the lyrics is about both her benevolent as well terrifying aspects. Hence, the title Mercy, Severity. Goddess Kali wears a garland of human skulls so the line "a belt of skulls strap me down and send the ship away" refers to that. This song is also about Chinese philosophy of ying yang.
