May God keep you in his arms Merle. The world is alot sadder place without you. Thanks for all the great music. Say hi to Johnny Cash for me. Thank You.
Saw Merle in Hemet, California in the 1980s at a fair ground. He played about 25 minutes and was drunk and that was it. But he signed my ball cap on the sweat band on the inside. Pen did write so he wrote HAG on the front of my hat. Always be a cherished memory. He was the peoples man. THANK YOU Merle!
