Outskirts and Five Days in July are the best records they ever put out. "Try" and "Five Days in May" are the two best songs (well, sung by Cuddy anyway).
Just heard this band for the first time a few months ago.....Dark Angel was the first song of theirs I heard and immediately fell in love with this band.....You Canadians need to share them more. I love every song I have heard of theirs/
True story: Jim Cuddy was a guest speaker at Queen’s University. This is going back about 3 or 4 years ago , give or take. My son was participating in the lecture as a student going for his masters degree. He was talking to Jim Cuddy following the lecture about his music etc because he also plays and he’s a great guitar player. Long story short, I came up in the conversation. My phone rang (I was still at the office) and it was Jim Cuddy!! Lol I couldn’t believe it. We had a nice chat ; a few laughs , he’s a wonderful man and that’s something I won’t ever forget. A few months later, I bought tickets for my son and I to go see Blue Rodeo in concert. We had a great time!

I came here to listen to one of the worst guitar solos ever recorded, thankfully I was disappointed.
