What a time to be alive, what a zeitgeist, when you could go to the record shop and buy the latest Big Country, U2, The Alarm, Sisters of Mercy, Souxsie and the Banshees latest releases. All different all great. Thanks for the music Stuart.
Hugely underrated in their day , Stuart (rip) was celebrated ass one of the best technically guitar players of his generation. Sadly Stu succumbed to depression, a nightmare, no matter your talent or ability to give your gifts.
Where was my head as a teen back in the day? I just thought my mates were mad listening to them, I was thinking they were just a shite pop bad but no they were a great band. Just a narrow minded dumb young punk listening to punk/ska/punk, folk only.

One of many great tracks from "The Crossing".A Band on real form.

I met Stuart and he always told me to practice with a list of effect pedals.

Note perfect. You could run the album track alongside and it would not only be in sync it would sound the same too. Any other band do that?
