The Video is a unassuming masterpiece. The Movie, while filmed long ago is excellent if your in the mood for a light hearted break from so much serious cinema. It’s charm is that it isn’t meant to be taken too seriously. And who can pass up the talent of a young McGreger, so perfectly morphing into the sweet, charm & innocence of this Character. Diaz was very brave being cast to attempt the song part of the song & dance scene when singing is clearly isn’t a strong suit for her. McG’s is so such a generous, & talented a singer he manages to help her maneuver the vocals w/o complete embarrassment. Ironically Diaz is called Selene in the Movie which is similar to another of McG’s famous Movie Character Love Interest’s names. Yes it’s odd I notice these kinds of trivial things. I take Meds for it.
